Our shop is a well-established meat shop that has continued for generations in Ryusukecho, Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture. Our meat is carefully selected from domestic beef and pork. Using “We want to be the taste you remember” as our concept, we are diligent when choosing the ingredients for grilled pork, and carefully carve each piece of meat indiviually by hand.
